Role description
It's safe to say that distribution is in our DNA. Our relationships with services like iTunes, MTN Music Plus and YouTube date back to their launch in Nigeria, and our growing library of award-winning music and content makes us your perfect end-to-end global distribution partner. As part of our offering, we'll get your music and content to digital retailers, and physical stores worldwide, then lend our sales & marketing expertise to get the best exposure for your releases. All included in the mix: in-house encoding, efficient delivery and dedicated client support. In addition, we're always on the lookout for compelling music acquisitions to add to our library. From AfroPop, Hip-Hop and R&B, Gospel to fuji, we have specialized support no matter what the genre.
Requirements & qualification
Building a new crypto-led YouTube show covering AI, money, culture and Africa, alongside production work for a studio in Lekki. Crypto is central. You must follow the space and understand the conversations. The host records from Lagos and Dubai. You'll own episode preparation, recording support, full edits, social clips and thumbnails. Studio cameras, microphones and lighting are available in Lekki. You need your own reliable editing setup, power and internet backup. Paid assessment for the preferred candidate only, then an eight-week paid trial with 24 reserved working days. Main deliverables: four episodes, five clips and one thumbnail per episode. A capped portion of your time will cover studio client work and sample content. Read carefully: You personally do the work. No undisclosed outsourcing or replacements. You must reserve the agreed days. If your other jobs will interfere, don't apply. Preparation and delivery must move without daily supervision. Deadlines and updates are your responsibility. This is a hands-on role. You must demonstrate both production and editing ability.
