Acceptable Use Policy
Task & Talent Networks · Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of services provided by Task & Talent Networks ("TNT", "we", "us"). By subscribing to our services or enrolling in the TNT Academy, you ("the member", "you") agree to the terms below. This policy exists to protect our members, TNT, and the third-party platforms our members work with.
1. What TNT Provides
TNT provides career services for professionals seeking opportunities in the AI evaluation, data annotation, and related remote-work sectors. Our services consist of:
- Training and certification through the TNT Academy.
- Career guidance and coaching on how to apply to, qualify for, and succeed on third-party work platforms.
- Placement support, including help preparing applications, profiles, and skills.
- Market intelligence on the platforms and opportunities available in this sector.
TNT charges for these services through flat subscription fees and one-time course fees. TNT does not take any share of income members earn on third-party platforms. What you earn on any external platform is entirely yours.
2. What TNT Does Not Do
To be explicit, and to protect you:
- TNT does not access, operate, log into, or manage any member's account on Outlier, Handshake AI, Mercor, Alignerr, Appen, or any other third-party platform. Members create and operate their own accounts, in their own names, doing their own work.
- TNT does not complete work, assessments, or tasks on a member's behalf.
- TNT does not guarantee acceptance, placement, task volume, or any specific level of earnings on third-party platforms. Outcomes depend on each member's own ability, effort, eligibility, and factors outside TNT's control.
- TNT does not sell, share, or provide access to any member's account credentials.
3. Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree that:
- You will operate any third-party platform account yourself, in your own name, and perform your own work.
- You will represent your genuine skills, qualifications, and experience accurately in all applications and assessments. You will not misrepresent your background, use another person's credentials, or have another person complete assessments or work for you.
- You will comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you join, including rules on original work, permitted tools, and single-person account use.
- You will not use TNT's services to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, account sharing, or any activity prohibited by a third-party platform.
- You will keep your own login credentials secure and will never share them with TNT or any third party.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following will result in suspension or termination of your TNT membership without refund:
- Attempting to have TNT or any third party operate your platform accounts or complete work on your behalf.
- Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or experience.
- Using TNT services in connection with any unlawful activity or any breach of a third-party platform's terms.
- Reselling or redistributing TNT Academy content or certification without authorisation.
5. Certification Integrity
The TNT Certified credential signifies that a member has completed our training and passed our assessment. Members may not misrepresent their certification status, share assessment answers, or obtain certification through dishonest means. TNT reserves the right to revoke certification obtained in breach of this policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
TNT may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
