Job Summary The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, financial controls, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will provide financial insights to support effective decision-making and ensure the company's financial resources are properly managed. Requirements: B.Sc. / HND in Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry. ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwares. Strong financial reporting, budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of tax regulations, statutory compliance, and internal financial controls. Strong leadership, communication.
