Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Production Pharmacist to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, product quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise pharmaceutical production processes, including manufacturing, filling, labelling, and packaging. Ensure products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Review batch records and maintain accurate production documentation. Identify and investigate production deviations, discrepancies, and product complaints. Train production staff on operational procedures and safety standards. Support quality improvement initiatives and production process optimisation. Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality assessments. Collaborate with quality assurance, research and development, and regulatory teams. Requirements Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and GMP standards. Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team.
