Most advice about getting into AI evaluation work is generic, recycled, and stale by the time it reaches you. A guide gets written once, gets copied across a dozen blogs, and nobody updates it when a platform changes its acceptance criteria or a rate shifts.

TNT exists to fix that.

What we're building

TNT is a career intelligence and training company. We help professionals access remote AI evaluation, data annotation, and RLHF work — not through generic tips, but through training, positioning, and market intelligence built from actual platform experiences.

That means:

• Real acceptance data, not guesses, pulled from actual applications our members and community contributors have submitted.
• Real rate data, reported directly by people currently doing the work.
• Real rejection patterns, so we can tell you what's actually failing applications right now — not what failed them a year ago.

Why intelligence matters

Platforms change. Acceptance bars move. Task volume shifts week to week. A positioning strategy that worked three months ago can quietly stop working, and nobody tells you why — your application just goes quiet.

The only way to stay ahead of that is to keep collecting data from people actually on the platforms, continuously, and to act on it fast. That's the entire premise behind TNT: intelligence first, advice second.
